Parties of Record Mailing Lists. On December 8, 2021, the Water Management Board adopted an Order which, in part, authorized updates to the Parties of Record and the Parties of Record mail service list. Following are the mail service lists by participant categories A, B, and C:

On February 8, 2013, Everett Hoyt, acting as prehearing chairman on behalf of the state Water Management Board, ruled that Water Right Permit Applications (Nos. 2685-2 and 2686-2) and the Ground Water Discharge Permit Application (GWD 1-13) be consolidated for purposes of conducting a contested case hearing on the applications. Applications and documents filed prior to consolidation are available at the above links. The most recent filings concerning the consolidated case are available on the contested case webpage.
On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at 11:00 am CST in the Floyd Matthew Training Center, 523 E Capitol, Pierre SD the Water Management Board set the dates to conduct the contested case hearing.
Hearing Dates: Due to a record snowstorm in the Rapid City/Black Hills area, the hearing from Oct. 7-11, 2013 was postponed. The Water Management Board will now hear evidence beginning Oct. 28 to Nov. 1, then recess, and is scheduled to reconvene and conclude during week of Dec. 9, 2013.
