    1. Allows for urban tree and stump removal with a tree replacement ratio of 2-to-1.
  3. Tree pruning or general tree maintenance — ($100,000)
  4. Development of a tree ordinance or urban forestry management plan — ($100,000)
  5. Development or maintenance of an urban food forest — ($100,000)
  6. Insect and disease treatments — ($100,000)
  7. Tree Inventory — ($100,000)
