Endangered Species & Other Wildlife

Protecting endangered species and other wildlife is an important part of our day-to-day life. The Bulletins Live! Two page on the EPA website is an important tool. This website provides Pesticide Use Limitation Areas (PULAs) for active ingredients in pesticide and products with active Bulletins.

National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES)

Congress passed the Clean Water Act of 1972 which formed the NPDES Permit Program. The main goal of this program is to control the amount of pollution entering waters of the US and protect beneficial uses of streams and lakes. More information is available here.
