Licensure as a Petroleum Release Remediator

The South Dakota Board of Technical Professions (BOTP) is a regulatory board charged with licensing and regulating the professional practice of petroleum release services for the purpose of safeguarding public health, safety, and welfare in the State of South Dakota. A person must be licensed by the Board before being permitted to offer and provide these professional services on projects located within the State of South Dakota.
